I AM Victoria Torrie-Capan

Welcome to Music City Moves Me — the elevation destination for Pilates professionals & practitioners.

In April 2026, we held our biggest event yet in Nashville, TN! Powered by industry leaders and led by myself, Sonjé Mayo, Miguel Silva and Mariano Dolagaray, this weekend was something we’ll never forget!

For many attendees, Pilates is more than a passion — it’s a profession.

Last year, we learned how to enhance our practices from the industry’s best. Our immense gratitude to last year’s sponsors —

Highlights from 2026

We welcomed 125 attendees from around the world on April 10th, 2026.

We welcomed friends old and new, thanks to dedicated efforts and support of our on-site staff and volunteers. To everyone who showed out to help during Conference weekend, we are immensely grateful for your extra hands, open hearts and smiling faces!

We were a fully gratz-equipped event.

A partnership we ALL were thrilled about — Gratz Pilates served as our Preferred Equipment Provider. With their support, we were able to strive for mastery on Cadillacs, Reformers and more!

In addition to pre-Conference equipment sales, Gratz sold a number of Small Parts & Accessories on site and showed off their wide range of color options!

Thank you to their on-site team for bringing the equipment, the knowledge and the energy!

We completed 8 hours of masterclasses from four powerhouse instructors.

Attendees observed four title workshops throughout the duration of the weekend:

  • Mat is the Method with Sonjé Mayo

  • The Athletic Reformer with Victoria Torrie-Capan

  • Fire Up Reformer with Miguel Silva

  • Cadillac Roots: From Foundation to Mastery with Mariano Dolagaray

We offered close, hands-on attention through 36 private sessions with our instructors.

These exclusive sessions granted attendees the opportunity to receive tailored advice specific to their bodies, businesses, practices and needs. Offering everything from teaching tips to injury awareness to personal adjustments, there’s a reason our privates were all anyone could talk about!

Our sponsors shared their industry expertise through 14 sponsor spotlight sessions.

We learned how to better promote ourselves from Seran Glanfield of SpringThree, how to streamline our businesses into the 21st century from Arketa Fitness, how to record the most best virtual instruction sessions from Pilatesology, the ins and outs of the industry from Gratz Pilates, and how to maintain the highest equipment quality and safety standards from Pilates Pro Maintenance.

Mat and equipment classes and workshops, oh my!

In addition to a number of classes led by our keynote instructors, we were honored to introduce attendees to a few rising stars we’ve had our eyes on:

  • Justine Johnson leveraged her biokinetics background to teach us more about bodily mechanics,

  • Robert Edison-Turner helped to strengthen our bodies with discipline and grace,

  • Amy Berger brought her trademark sparkle to every session,

  • and Tara Bianca led us through a recovery session at the end of the day.

We Talked about how to thrive in the evolving pilates sphere during our industry business panel.

Victoria Torrie-Capan moderated this event, capturing the genius of Scott Bartel, Onboarding Manager of Arketa Fitness, Seran Glanfield, CEO and founder of SpringThree Consulting, and Alisa Wyatt, co-owner and founder of Pilatesology.

Our favorite takeaway? A challenge from Seran Glanfield: describe your profession without using the words “fitness” or “Pilates.”
