  • Please plan to arrive on Friday, April 10. Conference check-in and pre-conference events begin at 12:00 PM.

  • Conference check-in will take place at the venue beginning at 12:00 PM on Friday.

    Detailed check-in instructions, including location and timing, will be emailed to all participants during the week of the conference.

  • Friday is an important orientation and connection day and includes:

    • Conference check-in

    • Access to the Exhibitor Hall

    • Pre-conference events

    • A Welcome Reception for participants, presenters, and sponsors

    This is your opportunity to meet the community, connect with sponsors, and settle into the conference experience.

  • We have secured a special room block at the Embassy Suites, conveniently located near the conference venue.

    We strongly recommend staying at the Embassy Suites to:

    • Be close to all conference activities

    • Simplify transportation

    • Stay connected with fellow participants and presenters

  • Conference events may begin as early as 8:00 AM, so please plan accordingly.

  • We recommend bringing:

    • Comfortable movement clothing

    • Personal practice essentials

    A detailed packing guide will be sent to registered participants prior to the event.

  • Yes. Lunch is provided on Saturday and Sunday and includes:

    • Gluten-free

    • Dairy-free

    • Vegan

    • Vegetarian options

    You’ll also have time to visit sponsors and enjoy outdoor space during the lunch break.

  • No. All participants attend the Keynote Workshops, and registration is handled by the conference organizers.

    These 120-minute lecture-demonstration workshops are led by Sonje Mayo, Mariano Dolagaray, Miguel Silva, and Victoria Torrie-Capan.

    Schedule:

    • Saturday & Sunday
      10:00 AM–12:00 PM and 2:00–4:00 PM

    Participants may choose to actively participate or observe and take notes.

  • Sponsor Spotlights are optional, small-group mini-workshops led by trusted industry partners. These sessions focus on professional growth, business support, and practical tools that elevate your career. They are an excellent way to connect with leaders who support and strengthen our Pilates community.

  • Yes. You may change your mat and equipment class selections based on availability.
    If a class you are registered for changes time, room, or instructor, you will be notified by email.

  • Please choose classes that align with your current level of practice.

    • If you require modifications, are working through injuries, or need spotting or assistance, we recommend High Intermediate or Intermediate/Advanced classes.

    • Advanced classes are not appropriate if you require modifications or hands-on assistance.

    Our goal is to challenge participants thoughtfully while prioritizing safety.
