It’s time to book!
Music City Moves Me is broken into three blocks over the duration of 2 full days of activities. A reminder of the full schedule is linked in the button below.
On Saturday and Sunday from 8am - 10am participants have the ability to build their own schedule.
There are 3 categories from which you can select your sessions: Mat Classes, Small Equipment Classes, Sponsor Spotlights.
Saturday and Sunday from 10am - 12pm and Saturday from 2pm - 4pm will be reserved for Keynote Workshops.
There is no selection required, all attendees will participate in all of the Keynote workshops over the course of the weekend.
These workshops are led by Conference leaders, Victoria Torrie-Capan and Sonjé Mayo, and keynote instructors, Miguel Silva and Mariano Dolagaray.
Saturday, April 11, from 4pm - 6pm attendees again have the ability to build their schedule from a selection of offerings.
Friday is reserved for pre-Conference workshops, the Industry Panel, moderated by Victoria Torrie-Capan, and the Welcome Reception, with Conference check-in beginning at noon on April 10th.
How To Register:
Navigate to Acuity, our scheduling software, either through the block on the right or the link below.
In the upper right hand corner, click ‘Sign Up’ and create an account. Once created, log in.
Read the guidelines. In order to successfully register for a balanced and smooth Conference experience, it is imperative that you are informed of what is included in your purchase, as well as expectations from us.
Select the classes you would like to book. When prompted, enter your information. You should use the email address tied to the account you created.
Read and accept our Code of Conduct, Scheduling Agreement and Pilatesology Disclaimer. Fill out a brief survey - your answers will be reviewed internally and privately to enhance your individual experience.
Enter your payment information even if you are not registering for any paid classes. If you have made it this far, we invite you to watch the end of the video below for a gift!
You’re done! To see appointments you have already booked, click the drop-down in the upper righthand corner (it should appear as your email address) and then ‘Appointments.’
Don’t see it right away? No worries! Sometimes the system takes a bit to intake your information. If you don’t see your appointment within 24h, send us an email at musicitymovesme@gmail.com.
