Victoria Torrie-Capan
A teacher with a profound belief in the transformative benefit of Pilates for all bodies, fitness levels, and lifestyles, Victoria’s speciality lies in creating a personalized movement experience which aligns with each client’s unique ability. Victoria’s academic foundation is rooted in dance therapy, psychology, kinesiology and anatomy.
Victoria’s core values as a teacher, trainer and business owner is to elevate the education and professionalism of the Pilates professional. Victoria is the owner of Studio 66 in Nashville TN, the host of our Conference, and is the founder of Music City Moves Me.
An internationally respected instructor, dancer, and advocate, with a passion for dance that transcended continents and conventions.
Following an illustrious and decorated dancing career, Sonjé Mayo pivoted to Pilates instruction in the early 2000s, seamlessly integrating her background in physical therapy with Joe Pilates’ firsthand insights.
She is the owner of Pilates Atelier in Nashville, TN and a co-founder of Music City Moves Me.

Miguel Silva has been practicing Pilates for over 22 years and teaching for 20, after first turning to the method to resolve his own back pain and maintain long-term spinal health.
He is the founder and director of Uno Pilates School, with locations in Algarve (Lagos), Porto and Zurich, and is the owner of Uno Pilates Studio in Algarve (Lagos), Portugal.
Today, he teaches with enthusiasm, prioritizes consistency and appears at fitness Conferences around the world.

Having devoted over 25 years to practicing Pilates and 20 years to teaching, Mariano Dolagaray has earned the reputation of “teacher of teachers.”
Trained under the legends, Mariano shares his acquired wisdom in workshops across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
Based in Panama, he co-owns L’arte Pilates International and serves as director of education at Classic Pilates Panamá.

Amy Berger is the owner of Star Pilates, a boutique Classical Pilates studio in Philadelphia, PA.
She has been practicing Pilates since 2003 and a business owner since 2008.

Tara Bianca is a Holistic Health Coach, Oxygen Advantage® Master Instructor, Z-Health® Certified Practitioner, and Licensed Massage Therapist.
She’s the founder of BE Light Transformative Therapy, and has helped thousands of people retrain their breath and nervous system to reduce pain, restore energy, and reclaim control of their health for over 20 years.

Seran Glanfield is a Certified Pilates teacher and Business Consultant with a degree in Management from the London School of Economics.
While working in the boutique fitness world, investing in continuous learning classes and wearing the many hats of business owner, instructor, mom and more, she identified a gap in business acumen in small studio owners and in turn founded, Spring Three.
