Ticket Confirmation: You’ll get a confirmation email once your order is complete. Keep it for your records.

• Refunds:

  • 100% refundable within 30 days of purchase (by January 28, 2026).

  • 50% refundable if requested at least 120 days before the event.

  • Non-refundable after January 28, 2026.

• Transfers: Tickets can be transferred to someone else until March 27, 2026. Contact us with the new attendee’s info.

• Event Changes: Schedule, presenters, or sessions may change. Organizers can amend terms. Travel or accommodation costs are not covered.

• Conduct: Please be respectful and professional. Disruptive attendees may be removed without refund.

• Liability: Attendance is at your own risk. Studio 66 LLC and partners are not responsible for injury, illness, loss, or property damage.

• Force Majeure: If the event is canceled or changed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, emergencies, pandemics), organizers may modify or cancel the event. Refunds may not be issued unless required by law.
