Welcome to Music City Moves Me

the elevation destination for the Pilates professional & practitioner, taking place this April 10 - 12, 2026 in Nashville, TN.

Internationally respected Pilates educator and boutique studio owner Victoria Torrie-Capan, alongside world-class educator, dancer, and activist Sonjé Mayo, created Music City Moves Me as a tribute to the people, mentors, and communities that shaped their journeys.

Designed as a love letter to their younger selves and to the profession they cherish, the Conference brings together the teachers, ideas, and support systems that helped build the careers they love, work and sweat for today.

The Conference founders have brought together an extraordinary faculty of master instructors including workshops led by Miguel Silva and Mariano Dolaragay, alongside Amy Berger, Robert Edison-Turner, Tara Bianca, Seran Glanfield and Justine Johnson.

Attendees gain access to four 120-minute Title Workshops, small-group apparatus classes across the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Spine Corrector, and Barrel, as well as business panels and industry conversations with sponsors including Gratz Pilates, Pilatesology, Arketa, and SpringThree Consulting.

Supported by leading industry partners and set just steps from the energy of downtown Nashville, the conference offers an unforgettable weekend of movement, education, and connection with the people shaping the future of Pilates.

  • "I chose this conference because I trust the hands holding it. When someone with Victoria's vision and heart puts something together, you show up."

Meagan Koehler, owner of The Pilates Mind Studio

  • "Classical Pilates is not a fossil. It needs to be constantly updated. I continue to interact with people internationally to keep up with the latest information."

Kohei Ichikawa, owner of Classical Pilates Tokyo

  • "After 10 years in business, I don't want to stay comfortable. I want to stay inspired. Investing in my own growth is one of the most important ways I can honor the trust our clients place in us every day."

Codi Noga, owner of The Pilates Mill
